Terms and Conditions of Jabonalia:

These Terms and Conditions of use (hereinafter, the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms under which customers are offered access to the websites, services and applications of Jabonalia (hereinafter, the “Service”), owned by Rubén Fernández Pérez. Use of the Service implies the condition of client (hereinafter, the “Client”) and full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the Client does not agree with all or part of these Terms and Conditions, they must refrain from installing or using the Service.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Client declares:

That they have read, understood and accepted what is stated herein.
That they assume all obligations set forth herein.
That they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to use the Service.

Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by Clients is a prior and essential step to using the Service. The owner reserves the right to update and/or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and for any reason at their sole discretion. The owner will notify Clients of any material changes to the Terms and Conditions or to any service or feature. By accessing or using the Services after such notification, the Client agrees to be bound by the modified Terms and Conditions. If the modified Terms and Conditions are not acceptable, the Client’s only option is to stop using the Services.

1. Owner of the service
The owner and proprietor of the Service is Rubén Fernández Pérez, with registered address at Carrer Castillejos 254, Local 3, 08013, Barcelona, N.I.F. 47960666P.

2. Scope of the contract
These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision of services and the sale of all products by the owner through their website.
Orders will be delivered to all Clients located in Europe.

3. Exclusion of Clients
The owner reserves the right to temporarily or permanently prevent access to the Service to any Client who violates these Terms and Conditions, the law or moral standards. At their discretion, the owner may also exclude Clients or cease to provide the Service in whole or in part if deemed appropriate to improve the operation of the Service and/or the experience of other Clients.

4. Prices
The applicable prices are those indicated on the website on the date of the order. Prices are detailed for each product and include VAT (Value Added Tax). Shipping costs are specified separately at the time the order is placed.

5. Payment methods
Payment must be completed at the end of the purchase process and is a mandatory step for its confirmation. Payment cannot be made afterwards. Deferred payment methods such as cash on delivery or bank transfers are not accepted. Accepted payment methods include: Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and Maestro. The selection of the payment method is made during the purchase process. Payment providers may apply anti-fraud measures that result in rejected transactions. The owner is not responsible for such measures. Clients are advised not to share their card details via email, fax or social media.

6. Delivery
Delivery will occur within 24–72 hours from the time of purchase. Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the Client according to the following characteristics:

  1. Products will be delivered to the address specified in the order.

  2. The purchase invoice will be sent to the email address registered by the Client on jabonalia.es and can also be viewed in their online account.

  3. Orders are not processed or delivered on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Delivery is carried out under the responsibility of the carrier.

  4. An order is considered delivered when the package is handed over and the Client signs the delivery receipt.

  5. It is the Client's responsibility to check the condition of the goods and report any issues on the delivery receipt.

  6. Shipping fees: €6.95 for mainland Spain, €9.95 for Balearic Islands, €13.95 for Canary Islands, €19.95 for the rest of Europe.

Absence of recipient:
If the recipient is absent, the delivery agency will leave a note and attempt to contact them via email (info@jabonalia.es). After two failed attempts, the Client must contact the agency to arrange delivery.

7. Returns and withdrawal

7.1 General conditions:
Return: due to a defect, damage, wrong product, or other valid reason.
Withdrawal: initiated by Client decision.

Important notes:
Due to health and hygiene reasons, returns or withdrawals are not accepted for unsealed products, except in the case of defects. Returns and withdrawals are only accepted via the same website. Products must be properly packaged. In the case of withdrawal, the Client is responsible for any decrease in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to verify their condition. Exchanges require a return and a new purchase.

7.2 Returns:
The Client has 14 calendar days from receipt to return products.
The Client must contact the owner via info@jabonalia.es with the reason for return. Pickup will be arranged at the delivery address provided.
The owner will refund the relevant amount without undue delay, including initial standard shipping fees, via the original payment method. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods are received.

7.3 Right of withdrawal
The Client has the right to withdraw from the purchase without justification within 14 calendar days of receiving the order.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Client must clearly notify the owner via email to info@jabonalia.es.
The Client must send the products at their own expense to the indicated address, including the purchase receipt. Returns sent with postage due will not be accepted.
The owner will refund the corresponding amount, including standard delivery costs, via the original payment method. However, the refund may be withheld until the goods are received.

8. Product availability
If supply issues occur or if products are out of stock, the Client will be notified immediately and a refund will be issued without undue delay, and in any case, within 14 calendar days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.

9. Product warranty
The warranty provided is as established by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, and Law 23/2003, of July 10. The owner is liable for any lack of conformity that appears within two years of delivery.

11. Intellectual property and copyright
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all copyrights, trademarks and intellectual property rights in the materials or content provided on the website belong to the owner or those who have granted them a license. Clients may only use such material as expressly authorised. This does not prevent the Client from using the site to copy information about their order or contact details.

12. Limitation of liability
The owner is not liable for:
Website failures due to force majeure or reasons beyond their control.
Technical issues, viruses, or other problems during internet connection affecting systems, hardware/software or stored files.
Access by minors to site content. Parental control is the responsibility of guardians.
Accuracy or legality of third-party websites suggested or linked to by the owner.
Communications referencing the owner without prior authorisation. Official communications will always be published on the official website.

13. Force majeure
The owner’s obligations will be suspended in the event of force majeure preventing or delaying fulfilment. This includes, but is not limited to: war, riots, civil unrest, strikes or supply problems beyond the owner's control. The owner will notify the Client within seven days. If suspension lasts more than fifteen days, the Client may cancel the order and receive a refund.

14. Applicable law
These Terms and Conditions and any other related agreements shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Spain.
